StayMetrics is a company that provides driver retention measures, in part by collecting data on the drivers for a carrier and for the entire market.
I created their database for them to do all their daily work. It’s was a very fulfilling project as I was able to analyze their workflow, and then optimize it by migrating their workflow from mega-large Excel files in Dropbox (with lots of conflicts) to a web-based system that reduces their duplication of efforts by streamlining redundant processes. All while making this system available anywhere on any device.
